Return Policy

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not, you have 14 days from the day you received the product(s) to return them and request a refund.

You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We are not liable for returns lost in the mail.

Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible and initiate the refund.

All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging.

Only unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.

Items that have already been worn cannot be returned unless you have contacted us.
